Where it all started
My creative journey began in middle school when we got our first family computer in 2011. I was obsessed with cartoons and music at the time so I looked up how to download both from the internet. Then same curiosity led to me teaching myself how to use video editing software. Next thing you know, I was researching how to upload the video to YouTube. A day later with multiple malware invasions avoided, I posted my first video out onto YouTube.
Fast Forward
I studied abroad (several times), joined a few diversity clubs on campus, found my passion in community building, and have since graduated from Southern Utah University. My time at SUU gave me the chance to grow through exciting leadership roles and creative exploration. I am excited to see how my life evolves after graduation. Even more than that, I am excited to see where my creative journey takes me.
Little did I know, this event would spark my passion for videography and I would go on to create sillier and dumber videos for the internet in my teens. From sock puppet skits to a chicken nugget music video, and everything in between. I never thought my content would lead me to creating exciting stories about diversity and inclusion.
